Wisecrop units are autonomous as they are sun powered. Sometimes, the system is installed in places where there is a lot of dust or rapidly growing vegetation. In these cases, it’s advisable that the system is visually inspected once in a while, thus avoiding unnecessary technical support visits.

On a typical configuration, Wisecrop readings are updated every 15 minutes.

Wisecrop products are guaranteed for 2 years. In the case of sensors and other devices, we pass on the manufacturer's default warranty to the customer.

After you subscribe to Wisecrop, you will be given an access login and password. You can access the data by logging in the Wisecrop platform. Wisecrop can be accessed using a PC, Tablet or Smartphone.
